Kids will get to explore four special Navratri activities combining creativity, movement, tradition and festive fun. From painting a colourful Matka to dancing Garba, sowing wheat grass and creating a Saraswati-inspired artwork, it’s an afternoon designed to keep children engaged, creative and connected with Indian traditions. ✨
🎨 4 Special Navratri Activities
🏺 Matka Painting
Let your child’s creativity shine as they decorate and paint a traditional Matka with colourful patterns and festive designs.
A fun hands-on activity where children can experiment with colours and create their own unique piece to take home.
💃 Garba Dance
It’s time to dance!
Children will get to experience the joy of Garba, learn some simple dance movements and enjoy the festive energy of Navratri.
No previous dance experience is required — just bring your enthusiasm and your dancing feet! 💃✨
🌾 Wheat Grass Sowing
Introduce children to the traditional practice of sowing wheat grass during Navratri.
This activity gives children an opportunity to get hands-on with planting while learning about an important part of Navratri traditions.
🙏 Saraswati Painting & Pooja
Explore creativity and tradition through a Saraswati-themed painting activity.
Children can create their own artwork inspired by Goddess Saraswati while learning about the significance of knowledge, creativity and learning in Indian culture.
